Update Motocross SM: Second Round

We continue to look into the MX scene and follow our rider Niclas Olsson on his way to the podium (no pressure!) and we got some updats from the second round that hit Tommelilla, Skåne. Swedens best riders where gathered on a perfectly prepared track by the local club down there. Viktor Björklund won in the Light class but Kalle Olsson (Honda) still has the total lead. And for those who’s wondering what the hell SM is = Swedish national mx championship.

In the big round Viktor Björklund (Honda) won once again and seemed to fit perfect on his new bike (that and his winter in the american supercross series) gave him a good edge!

Pimpstar-rider Niclas Olsson made the finals with ease but missed on the first lap and got punished by this and went over the finish line at 18th (but gained a couple of nice SM points). Second round saw Niclas go down on the 3rd lap but fought throw it and gained a point in the overall. Not bad for a guy who just last week had a concussion!

Red Bull X-Fighters just rounded up in Glen Helen the other day and altough we would love to have been there (who went?) we found a couple of nice clips from the comp! Next stop is Istanbul, Turkey!

Pimpstarlife pokes at Motocross

We love riding, motors and two wheels (well, we love four wheels as well, and to be honest every one-man sports where you get adrenaline rushes…) but we’re dipping our toes in motocross this year and will bring you loads more on the topic.

We just wanted to post up a quickie here about the latest from the Swedish Motocross SM (and we will cover more stuff globally later on as well). This last even took place at Visserfjärda in Småland, nice weather, good crowds and the winner in MX2 was Kalle Olsson (Honda) and in MX1 Filip Thuresson.

Our own Pimpstarlife Rider Niclas Olsson (the sweet ass image above) qualified like a champ but somehow ended up with a concussion instead of a podium place! This weekend the race cracks down in Tomelilla and we’re looking forward to hearing more info (and no head injuries this time Niclas!)
