How do I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and all regular account payments available through our checkout with Paypal. Currently we don't accept cash or cheque.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it as well as most bank/credit cards via Stripe.

How do you ship my order?

We currently use FedEx for international orders and Swedish Postal Service or DHL for most Scandinavian orders. At this moment we cannot offer any other carrier for shipping. Depending on where you live delivery times can vary, but it usually takes 5-10 business days.You can easily see the shipping cost in your shopping cart before you check out.

Can you handle international orders?

In accordance to Swedish tax regulations we apply swedish VAT (25%) to all orders within the European Union. If you reside in a country outside of the European Union tax will not be added and you will personally be responsible for any potential custom charges or fees imposed in your country. We cannot predict what these might be and you may want to contact your local customs office to find out more. We always provide the actual order value on any required custom information and will not alter this figure.

Is what I see what I get?

We always strive to be as accurate as possible and portray all products and information on this website. However we cannot guarantee all pictures and/or information to perfectly reflect the actual apperance or color. If you have any doubts or questions regarding a product, don't hesitate to contact us at info@pimpstarlife.com. Pimpstar reserves the rights for any possible misprints, typos or inaccurate information on this website.

Restocking, Sold-out items and Pricing

We do restock some of our items on occasion but we do work with limited quantities to make it all the more unique for you as a customer. This may cause some items and/or sizes to not restock. Pimpstar holds the right to adjust prices on all items at any time without notice until the item is checked out.

How do I care for my apparel?

We recommend washing your apparel inside-out in cold water, wash dark colors separately, don't iron the print and/or design and do not dry clean or tumble dry the clothes. Let them hang-dry if available.

What happens if I'm not happy with my order?

We want you to be happy with your brand new Pimpstar order and we accept full return policy 14 days after your order. If you have any questions or comments you are welcome to contact us at support@pimpstarlife.com with your issue and/or send us the order/item you wish to return according to the guidelines below.

How to make a return of something you bought?

1. Email us at support@pimpstarlife.com with the subject "Return + your order number". Write down what product you would like to return. 2. Fill in the exchange form, and enclose this including your reciept.3. Please mark the package with "Return + your order number" to speed things up. Non-EU residents please note! When returning a package, please set value on shipping declaration to 0 (zero) and item as ”return” + product. You agree to pay all eventual customs charges involved with your return.4.
